Cancer is not a disease or a curse fate despite numerous studies showing that cancer is genetically inherited. Half of cancer deaths could be prevented by simply following a healthy lifestyle, according to the American Cancer Society.

Here are 10 behavioral changes that can reduce cancer risk:


A. Early Detection

Perform routine early detection of cancer. Early detection can detect colon cancer / colon, breast cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer / cervical and skin cancer early so it is more easily cured. Ask your doctor when you should be done by early detection and health conditions. 7. Avoid Hormone Replacement Therapy

Eat foods that can lower the risk of cancer, especially of foods derived from growing plants. High-fiber diet may lower risk of colon cancer.
